Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Campground Consulting Group® (“CCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Cohen Enterprises company, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through campgroundconsultinggroup.com (the “Site”), how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights you have. It is written primarily for visitors in the United States.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Personal information we collect
In the past 12 months, we may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with the Site:
- Identifiers — such as your name, email address, phone number, and IP address.
- Customer and contact records — the contact and business details you provide when you request a consultation, submit a form, or chat with us.
- Internet or network activity — how you browse and interact with the Site, collected through cookies and analytics (pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser type).
- Approximate geolocation — a general location inferred from your IP address, including business/organization information inferred by our B2B visitor-analytics provider.
- Inferences — where our advertising and lead-analytics partners build audience or interest profiles.
Sensitive personal information. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
2. How we collect it (sources)
- Directly from you — when you complete our contact form, request a consultation, subscribe to updates, or use the live chat.
- Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies as you use the Site (see our Cookie Policy).
- From service providers and partners — such as our analytics, advertising, and lead-generation providers.
3. Why we use it (purposes)
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the consulting information and services you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To send you information you request, including updates if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To measure and analyze Site traffic and performance.
- To market our services, including through advertising, where permitted.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
4. How we disclose it
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf — for example web hosting (Green Envy Interactive), our CRM and lead-capture chat (Pipedrive), and email/communication tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising, analytics, and lead-generation partners — including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Leadfeeder/Dealfront (B2B visitor analytics), and Cloudflare (site analytics) — which may receive Site-activity information through cookies and similar technologies.
- Legal and safety recipients — where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing without your consent.
5. “Sale” and “Sharing” of personal information
California and several other states define “sale” and “sharing” broadly. Because the Site uses advertising, analytics, and B2B lead-analytics technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Leadfeeder), our use of these tools may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — and, under some state definitions, a “sale” — even though we do not exchange your information for money.
You have the right to opt out. See Section 8 and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request (see Section 9).
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and of targeted advertising.
- Data portability — receive a copy in a portable format (certain states).
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services or provide a different quality of service for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by emailing [email protected] or writing to us at 71 Route 104, Suite 4-17, Meredith, NH 03253. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted).
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or contacting us at the address above. If you have concerns about the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.
9. Global Privacy Control and opt-out preference signals
Your browser or a browser extension may send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that communicates your choice to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information. We recognize and honor GPC signals for the browser and device from which they are sent, and treat them as a valid opt-out request.
10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information at any time through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, through the cookie-preferences control on the Site, or by sending a GPC signal.
11. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for necessary functions, analytics, and advertising. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner and the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. For details on the specific cookies used, see our Cookie Policy.
12. Children’s privacy
The Site is a professional-services website not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control, including our sister brand Glamping Consulting Group. This Policy does not apply to them; please review their privacy policies.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes will be indicated as appropriate.
