CCG's site density analysis identified an additional 22 revenue-generating sites over the client's initial concept — a permanent, meaningful increase in annual yield. The property opened at near-capacity occupancy and consistently earns top-tier guest reviews.

A flagship full-amenity RV resort serving the greater Houston market. CCG's design addressed the full scope of a large-scale, high-turnover resort — road systems engineered for Class A coach access, utility infrastructure scaled for hundreds of simultaneous hookups, and an amenity corridor designed to compete with the best resorts in Texas. Rayford Crossing opened as one of the premier RV destinations in the region.

CCG was selected by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources to redesign campground facilities across multiple premier state park locations. The multi-site engagement balanced public access, environmental stewardship, and modern guest expectations — upgrading aging infrastructure while preserving the natural character that makes Delaware's parks special. Projects spanned coastal, pond, and forest environments, each with distinct design challenges.
