We have worked with Campground Consulting Group (CCG) from the beginning developing an RV park and cabin resort on a 150-acre property with three lakes in southeastern NC. As experienced land developers, we have spent our lives developing tract homes, apartment complexes, and commercial office and retail spaces, but we had never built an RV resort. Before engaging CCG, we interviewed Jayne and several other consulting firms. She was clearly the most knowledgeable, experienced, and detail oriented during these interviews, but her fees were 2–3 times higher than the others. The cost was our only hesitation.
